Oregon

This summers trip to the Oregon coast was one of two best Oregon weather trips we have ever experienced. No wind, mild temperatures & sun = AWESOMENESS! We are so lucky to be able to visit the coast every summer with Kevin's parents. Unfortunately they have decided to sell their condo, so next summer will be our last trip to Otter Crest. Of course we will still vacation to Oregon but we might no go as often and will probably start exploring new places along the coast which is also exciting and something to look forward to. We have been coming here every summer for the last 8 years so it does have a special place in our life.

Enough of that... here is our GREAT trip in pictures!

Campbell's first time up the lighthouse stairs. This is very exciting because you have to be a certain height to go up. Afterwards she said it was kind of boring. Not as thrilling as she had hoped.

This was such a fun beach! The sand here was amazing. Jude was having a blast crawling around in it. Bowen didn't want to leave and asked to go back everyday for the rest of our vacation. This is what makes me excited to try new places, which is something I love.
Grandma's beach house is perfect for a lot of this... sitting around and relaxing.

Downtown Newport:

We all survived the ride home! The LONG way home.

Newport to Bend, work, Bend to The Dalles, work, The Dalles to Tri Cities, Dinner, Tri Cities to Home = 15 hours = A LONG DAY! We found a fun park in Bend and another park and museum in The Dalles
